 This website is designed to provide a brief introduction to Premier, which is an old-established and highly regarded cleaning and management company in Los Cristianos, South Tenerife.

The company specialises in providing services to owners of apartments and villas, both for owner use and when the property is being rented.

Premier does NOT operate on the basis of tying owners into lengthy contracts, nor does it require any monthly standing fees to retain our services. Instead, we want owners to feel free to call on us to help them in any way that suits.
